to join our team and inspire clients to move, strengthen, and shine the Glimmer way.

Responsibilities

Lead safe, engaging, and effective Reformer Pilates classes for clients of all fitness levels. Provide clear instructions, modifications, and corrections to ensure proper form and safety. Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness and wellness goals. Maintain a professional, approachable, and positive attitude with all clients. Contribute to building a vibrant studio culture and community. Assist in promoting studio offerings, events, and packages when needed.

Requirements

Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer certification required). Previous teaching experience in group and/or private sessions (minimum 1 year preferred). Strong communication skills with the ability to connect and build trust with clients. Passion for health, wellness, and client success. Ability to adapt and offer modifications for special populations (injuries, pre/post-natal, beginners, etc.). Professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative team spirit.
