First Habibi is a luxury concierge service that provides personalized lifestyle management services to individuals and corporate clients. Our services include travel arrangements, event planning, fine dining reservations, and personalized shopping experiences. The company is focused on providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for their clients. The company website is www.firsthabibi.com We are currently looking to hire full time remote staff for the purposes of generating more business for the company. We are looking for a Referral Genius to join our team and help us expand our reach by generating high-quality referrals. As a Referral Genius, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing customers and encouraging them to refer new customers to our business. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with our existing customers to encourage them to refer new customers to our business.
- Reach out to potential referral sources and build relationships to increase the number of referrals we receive.
- Develop creative and effective referral programs to incentivize our customers and referral sources to refer new business to us.
- Track and analyze the success of our referral programs to optimize our approach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that new referrals are properly onboarded and converted into happy customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers and referral sources to ensure that they have a positive experience with our company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with referral marketing or sales is a plus.
