Work Experience Minimum 5 Years' experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role

JOB DESCRIPTION
Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
Create and publish job ads in various portals.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process
Coordinate with client's recruitment team to identify future staffing needs.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Build strong relationship with the client HR Team.
Lead employer branding initiatives.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Update employee details in SAP and pass the information to payroll to process the salaries.
Coordinate with employee on-boarding and off-boarding formalities.
Arrange for visa, security pass, optima card, travel, hotel, courses and all other necessities for recruited employees with the clients.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Ensures safe operations of all office activities.
