Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure a good fit Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams Maintain candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Prepare and present candidate profiles and reports to clients Negotiate salary offers and terms of employment Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and relevant labor laws Keep records of all recruitment-related activities and provide regular reports Stay updated on employment trends and recruitment best practices

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
