Recruitment SpecialistJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :aa,A Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
aa,A Create and publish job ads in various portals
aa,A Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
aa,A Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
aa,A Screen resumes and job applications
aa,A Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
aa,A Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
aa,A Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
aa,A Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
aa,A Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
aa,A Host and participate in job fairs
aa,A Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
aa,A Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Requirements
aa,A Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role in any domain or industry.
aa,A Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed
aa,A Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github and Stack Overflow
aa,A Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
aa,A Strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communications skills
aa,A Able to work in Fast paced environment, work under pressure, able to work under tight deadlines
aa,A Bachelors or Master's Degree in Human Resources
