Concretely you will have to manage the adverts, the applications coming through Odoo, the interviews with your direct colleagues and the managers, the feedback and the offers.In the meantime, you will support and develop relationships with external organizations to increase the pipeline of candidates. In other words, you will get in contact with professional event coordinators, and universities. Your role will be to attend those events in order to maintain a pipeline of full candidates.In this role, you will be in contact with all managers of the company to understand their needs, set the interviews, and get their feedback. You will work independently but never alone. Must Have
