Responsible for the end to end recruitment process within the assigned portfolio including advertising, sourcing, interviewing and selection, approvals and offer management and negotiation.
Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Collaborating with department managers as well as clients to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Develop and oversee the implementation of recruitment strategy to ensure staffing needs are met.
Responsible for submitting qualified resumes to client based on their requirement.
Maintaining good relationship with candidates as well as with clients.
Negotiating the salaries as per the budget.
Experience in using internal ATS and other job platforms.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder
Minimum 3-5 years of Recruitment experience especially in IT and Banking sectors
Available to join immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
