Manage end to end recruitment process for group functions team in Dubai . Managing Ops, Risk, Finance, consulting and Data science roles on priority . Identify and on board the right candidates . Build relationships with hiring managers and Human Resources business partners . Work closely with colleagues in other Human Resources teams . Ensure candidates and hiring managers get a seamless recruiting experience
Requirements
Your expertise . Proven experience in a similar role . High degree of client orientation and true service oriented mindset . Excellent communication skills verbal and written . Attention to detail combined with successful time management and prioritization skills . Self-motivated attitude, and a result-oriented outlook . An effective communicator; you know how to speak with people at all levels . Analytical in your approach and service oriented . Collaborative, focused and have positive attitude . Good at judgment and decision making Qualification needed . Bachelors or secondary education. . Relevant work experience & relevant certifications . MBA degree will be an added advantage . Work experience - 2 to 10 yrs. The salary band per annum will be AED 150,000 - 180,000. . Location: Dubai, UAE. Join us We embrace flexible ways of working when the role permits.
