About the role

The role plans, leads the whole recruitment strategy & process to collaborate with managers and senior leadership to proactively identify future hiring needs. The key responsibility is to ensure the organization attracts, hires and retains the best resources in the region, while growing a strong talent pipeline to thrive in an ever-changing, fast paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals and keep key stakeholders updated on recruiting metrics.
  • Managing the recruitment life cycle for roles at all levels.
  • Identify, engage and secure top talented candidates.
  • Assess candidate qualifications and personal match for the position requirements and Modus\' culture.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
Knowledge And Skills
  • At least 6-7 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A master\xe2\x80\x99s (or at least bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s) degree in Human Resources or any relevant area required.
  • Familiar with the startup ecosystem in MENA.
  • Experience with tracking and managing candidates.
  • Proactive, self-driven and passionate about recruitment.
  • Strong work ethic with a positive and go-getter attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capability to build cohesive teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of the job market in the United Arab Emirates
  • Excellent organization skills, excellent interpersonal skills, detail orientation, good problem-solving skills, and budget management experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management and planning skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Able to work comfortably in a hands-on, multi-task, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experienced in working with a cross functional team.
