Role Overview

We are expanding our Talent team to support the company's continued growth by identifying and engaging exceptional talent. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing candidates, reviewing and filtering job applications, conducting screenings, scheduling interviews for open positions based on established criteria. You will play a critical part in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the early stages of the recruitment process.

This is a remote freelance position requiring full-time availability.

Key Responsibilities

+ Review, screen, and filter incoming applications to assess alignment with position requirements and predefined criteria. + Proactively source and identify potential candidates through Linkedin
+ Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication and a smooth process.
+ Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs, prioritize roles, and support end-to-end recruitment activities.
+ Assist with additional recruitment tasks as needed

Requirements

+ 2+ years of experience in recruitment/similar role + Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, or a similar HR support role.
+ Strong skills in candidate research and use of sourcing tools, specifically Linkedin
+ Ability to review and assess resumes quickly to identify relevant qualifications and match candidates to role requirements.
+ Excellent analytical, organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
+ Fluent in both Arabic and English
+ Ability to work remotely with full-time availability
