Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection
Manage job postings on various platforms and maintain a candidate database
Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract potential hires
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process
Prepare and extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
