Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers across multiple business units to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
Create and post job descriptions that align with business needs and employer brand standards.
Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates and managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring roles across the group.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Manage recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with HR Manager and department heads on workforce planning and talent forecasting.
Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment marketing activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and data protection regulations.
