Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring talent across the group
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Manage job postings, recruitment events, and employer branding efforts
Oversee onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring KPIs monthly
Who You Are
5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a holding company or conglomerate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles at once
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
