Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit blue-collar workers (e.g., laborers, technicians, drivers) for construction projects. Advertise vacancies through job portals, agencies, and local networks. Conduct interviews, background checks, and coordinate visa/onboarding processes. Maintain a database of candidates and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. Liaise with project managers to forecast hiring needs. Handle employee documentation (contracts, permits, etc.). Requirements: 5+ years of recruitment experience, specifically in the UAE construction industry. Strong knowledge of blue-collar labor market and sourcing strategies. Bachelors degree or equivalent. Familiarity with UAE labor policies and PRO procedures.
