Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across various departments and job levels.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely hiring.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide periodic reports.
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of UAE recruitment experience (mandatory).
Proven experience in both white-collar and blue-collar hiring.
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the UAE job market and recruitment trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
