Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through online platforms, recruitment agencies, job fairs, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
Coordinate and conduct background checks, reference checks, and verification of documents (e.g., educational certificates, visas, etc.).
Manage the offer and negotiation process and facilitate smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system and prepare recruitment reports as required.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and DE&I initiatives.
Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Develop employer branding strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
Familiarity with UAE labor law and visa processes.
Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Zoho, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Fluency in English is required
