A bachelor's degree holder in HR Management or related field with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in in-house recruitment within large-scale construction and contracting firms. Demonstrates a strong command of end-to-end talent acquisition processes, from workforce planning and requisition management to candidate sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding.
Adept at collaborating with Department Heads, Project managers, Technical leads, and HR teams to fulfill manpower requirements. Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines, negotiate offers, and ensure compliance with labor laws and visa regulations in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
