We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager (10+ years), preferably with a construction background, to oversee full-cycle recruitment for both field and office roles. You'll lead recruitment strategy, manage a team, and ensure we attract top talent to support current and future projects.
Requirements
10+ years in recruitment, including 5+ in construction. Strong leadership and team management experience. Deep knowledge of trade and technical roles. Familiarity with ATS platforms and hiring tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
