Our client is a real estate developer and they are looking for a Recruitment Manager in Dubai. Salary: 18-20k AED Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute effective recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates, ensuring alignment with the companys goals and objectives.
Oversee the Recruitment Process: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
Team Supervision: Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to achieve hiring targets and maintain high performance standards.
Collaborate with Department Heads: Work closely with various departments to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements.
Maintain Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Ensure Compliance: Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure all recruitment practices are compliant and uphold the companys standards.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate or construction industry, with a track record of successful hiring at various organizational levels.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR databases, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge: Familiarity with social media recruiting and professional networks, as well as a solid understanding of labor legislation and compliance requirements.
