We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Recruitment Intern
to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle -- from drafting job descriptions and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding. You will work closely with the HR team and various departments, gaining exposure to real-world HR operations in a dynamic, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
Draft and update job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
Post openings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on defined criteria.
Conduct initial phone interviews and share feedback with the HR team.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases in Excel.
Selection & Documentation
Support in preparing offer letters.
Conduct reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates.
Ensure necessary approvals and documentation are completed before onboarding.
Onboarding Support
Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Admin, Projects, etc.) to ensure all pre-joining formalities are completed.
Maintain onboarding checklists and assist in welcoming new hires.
General HR Assistance
Enter and maintain candidate and employee data in Excel trackers.
Prepare periodic recruitment and HR reports.
Assist in HR initiatives and ad-hoc administrative support as required.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong command of
Microsoft Excel

Excellent
communication and coordination skills

Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally with different teams.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced HR environment.
