As the Executive Recruiter you will work as part of the HR team for a global consulting business based in Dubai offices, the role will involve 80% recruitment and 20% office administration duties.
The Key responsibilities will include:
Handling an in depth recruitment process for a global organisation
All aspects of internal recruitment and handling up to 50+ candidates at any one time
Sourcing, headhunting and screening candidates
Diary scheduling
Managing internal vacancies and keeping hiring managers updated
Arranging and attending university fairs to recruit fresh graduates
Advertising internal roles and managing the administration for all internal recruitment
Basic office administration and coordination duties
Coordinating office socials
Managing high volume roles with fast turnover
Are you Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years experience?|Are you looking for career progression in a well established company?
The Successful candidate will have/be
1-2 years experience in recruitment or HR at the start of their career
Well organised individual with a pro active working ethic
Professional and has a strong ability to liaise and interact with corporate professionals
Confident working in a fast paced environment
Self sufficient and happy to take initiative to work alone as well as part of a team
Happy with a role that involves 80% recruitment 20% admin duties
The client is a global & progressively growing business based in the heart of Dubai, this role will be reporting directly to the talent manager and working very closely with internal stakeholders.
A Salary level of 14,000AED- 18,000AED + additional company benefits
