Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor construction activities related to roads, bridges, highways, and associated infrastructure works.
Ensure works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract documents, and local authority requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, local authorities, and internal engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery.
Review inspection requests, technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals.
Monitor quality, progress, health and safety compliance, and environmental requirements on site.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports, records, and documentation as required.
Support project managers and resident engineers in resolving technical, contractual, and site-related issues.
Ideal Profile
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical discipline, depending on role.
Relevant years of experience as specified for each position, with strong exposure to roads, bridges, and highway projects.
UAE or Middle East experience is highly preferred, particularly on Dubai infrastructure projects.
Good understanding of construction supervision practices, quality control, and safety standards.
Strong communication skills and ability to work within multicultural site teams.
