Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment documentation.
Ensure timely communication with candidates and provide an excellent recruitment experience.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring status and challenges.
Support onboarding processes and liaise with HR to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment coordination or similar HR role, preferably within the service or management industries.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
Proficient with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for talent acquisition and human resources.
