About the Role



We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to lead and manage our staffing operations across domestic and international markets. This role requires a professional with strong recruitment expertise in medical, paramedical, and allied healthcare staffing, along with a proven ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines, coordinate large-scale hiring, and ensure compliance with medical and regulatory requirements. The Senior Recruitment Coordinator will act as a bridge between clients, candidates, and internal teams, driving efficient, high-quality placements.

Key Responsibilities



Lead sourcing, screening, and selection of doctors, nurses, paramedics, lab technicians, and other healthcare professionals. Oversee high-volume recruitment for hospitals and international healthcare clients. Manage recruitment campaigns, including GCC and NHS placements, and bulk hiring. Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals and international clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, embassies, and recruitment partners. Collaborate with Business Development Managers to translate client requirements into recruitment strategies. Supervise verification of candidate credentials, licenses, and medical fitness certificates. Ensure adherence to MOH, DHA, HAAD, NHS, GCC, and other international compliance requirements Guide candidates through licensing, visa, and immigration medical fitness processes. Mentor junior recruitment coordinators and executives, ensuring adherence to best practices. Optimize recruitment processes for faster turnaround and higher placement quality. Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies, tools, and reporting systems. Track recruitment KPIs, including lead conversion, time-to-hire, and client satisfaction. Provide regular reports to management on candidate pipelines, market trends, and competitor practices. Identify emerging talent pools and recruitment opportunities in new geographies.

Key Requirements



Bachelor's degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in an international recruitment firm or HR consultancy. Experience in healthcare/medical recruitment is desired. Strong knowledge of credentialing, licensing, and international medical staffing requirements. Proven track record in handling large-scale and international recruitment campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu preferred). Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
