We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our Jebel Ali , Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing candidates specifically for apparel manufacturing companies. This role requires expertise in managing the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to selection and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various job boards and other resources to identify and attract suitable candidates within the specified time frame.
Resource Building:
Develop applicant resources by engaging with universities, employment agencies, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
Advertisement Placement:
Post job ads on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.
Candidate Screening:
Review resumes and job applications, perform in-person and phone interviews, and conduct reference and background checks.
Interviewing:
Use a range of reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Time Management:
Handle multiple recruitment tasks efficiently, ensuring all processes are completed within the set schedule.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with proven work experience as a recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in recruiting for apparel manufacturing companies preferred.
Skills:
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong time management, multitasking abilities, and professionalism.
Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations effectively.
