Recruitment Coordinator

bulk hiring,

managing large-scale recruitment drives while ensuring efficiency, quality, and speed. With a focus on overseas recruitment in small and bulk, as and when required . This role demands a self-starter who can work independently while being an effective team player. You will be expected to meet deadlines, deliver results, and work efficiently under pressure. You will manage everything related to recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to overseeing the on-boarding process, while maintaining a positive and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment Coordination:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, focusing on bulk hiring initiatives and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and timely process.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.

Bulk Hiring:

Lead large-scale recruitment drives, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring rapid and high-quality placements.

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize a well-established local network and sourcing strategies for bulk hiring needs. Experience with international recruitment is an advantage.

Screening & Interviewing:

Conduct mass screenings and interviews, assessing qualifications for high-volume roles, and collaborating with hiring managers for alignment with job requirements.

Onboarding Process:

Oversee the onboarding of a high volume of new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Negotiation Skills:

Use strong negotiating skills to manage offers and close candidates efficiently while ensuring alignment with company salary structures.

KPI Achievement:

Meet and exceed key recruitment performance metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, especially for bulk hiring efforts.

Recruitment Marketing:

Support the creation and implementation of recruitment campaigns, job postings, and employer branding.

Data Management & Reporting:

Track and report on recruitment metrics to monitor progress and refine strategies, particularly in bulk hiring scenarios.

Process Improvement:

Continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes for both regular and bulk hiring needs.

Deadline-Oriented:

Meet recruitment deadlines without compromising the quality of hires, even in high-pressure bulk hiring environments.

Talent pool:

Maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar HR role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume recruitment environment. Bulk hiring experience, comfortable managing the recruitment of large groups of candidates across various roles. Strong local recruitment network; experience with international recruitment is a plus. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close offers efficiently. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines, especially in bulk hiring situations. Highly organized, with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with recruitment software, job boards, and candidate sourcing tools. A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for talent acquisition. Minimum 2 years Qatar experience.
