We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Tangier. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering high-quality talent solutions across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from taking client briefs to successful placement. This includes sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach; screening and interviewing candidates; and matching them accurately to client requirements.
You will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, timelines, and business goals. On the candidate side, you'll guide people through the hiring process with professionalism, transparency, and speed.
You'll also handle job advertising, interview coordination, offer management, and follow-ups, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM or ATS. Market awareness matters here, so keeping an eye on salary trends, talent availability, and competitor activity is part of the role.
Required Skills and Experience
Previous experience in recruitment, sales, HR, or a client-facing role is strongly preferred. You should be comfortable working to targets, managing multiple roles at once, and handling rejection without losing momentum.
Strong communication skills are essential. Fluency in French and English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage. You should be confident speaking with senior clients and equally at ease supporting candidates early in their careers.
You'll need solid organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, or international recruitment markets is a plus.
