We are currently looking to engage an experienced Recruitment Consultant for our Dubai based IT & Telecommunications division to primarily focus on building new business, implementing short and long-term successful sales strategies as well as account development of existing clients.
A key success to this role is to deliver high quality service to clients and professional candidates through the retention and development of business and matching candidates of best fit to client requirements.

• Min 2-3 years experience as Recruitment Consultant in the IT & Telecommunications industry in the UAE
• Excellent client relationship management skills;
• Proven ability in a sales and service environment;
• Demonstrated communication & presentation skills;
• Intermediate MS Excel & Word skills;
• High level of commercial acumen;
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;
• A desire to work in a fast-paced and people-oriented environment
