Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for executive-level and technical roles in the UAE and KSA.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Source, assess, and engage high-caliber candidates.
Drive business development activities to expand client base.
Deliver tailored recruitment solutions by understanding client needs deeply.
Achieve and exceed performance targets while focusing on long-term partnerships.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in
recruitment and executive search
, preferably in an agency environment.
Strong
commercial sales and business development
background.
Exceptional communication, networking, and consultative selling skills.
Resilient, driven, and motivated to achieve results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
