Job Role & Responsibilities:



Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate and client databases with accurate and up-to-date information. Build and nurture client relationships to understand hiring needs and deliver relevant talent. Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and successful placements. Meet recruitment targets and contribute to team goals.

Required Skills:

1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or staffing firm. Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and online job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Educational Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
