Job Summary:
We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant who is currently under a family sponsor visa to support daily recruitment operations and administrative tasks. The role involves assisting in sourcing, documentation, onboarding, and coordination processes in compliance with UAE and JAFZA procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in publishing job advertisements and handling candidate sourcing tasks.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and joining documentation.
Follow up with selected candidates for document collection and onboarding formalities.
Coordinate with the PRO/HR team for JAFZA-related employment processes (entry permit, E-offer, medical, Emirates ID, labor contract).
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and employee records.
Handle general administrative tasks related to recruitment.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in managing employee information.
Support the HR team in general HR and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Must be under
Family Sponsor Visa
(Father / Husband Sponsor).
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (HR or Business Administration preferred).
1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment support roles.
Basic understanding of UAE labor regulations (JAFZA knowledge preferred).
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
