Job Description
We are a recruitment consulting firm looking for a skilled HR Executive who can work remotely from home. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and recruit top talent for our clients, using a variety of platforms and resources
- Screen and assess candidate applications to determine fit for specific roles
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews with candidates to assess their skills and experience
- Be willing to work on a fee-per-closing basis.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with online job boards and recruitment platforms
- Ability to work independently and remotely from home
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Are you willing to work on a fee-per-closing basis?
