We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Assistant to support our HR and Talent Acquisition team in attracting and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment logistics, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms including job boards and social media.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant databases.
Support in drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.
Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the recruitment cycle.
Assist in onboarding activities and joining formalities for new hires.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external partners when needed.
Prepare recruitment reports and assist in HR analytics as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support role (fresh graduates with internships may be considered).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Well-organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
