WAY Real Estate is a fast-growing Dubai-based property firm specializing in residential and commercial projects. We're building a dynamic international team to source top talent across the region--and we need your energy and phone skills to help us scale.

What You'll Do

Make

high-volume cold calls

to prospective candidates from databases, WhatsApp leads, and web forms Professionally introduce WAY Real Estate's open roles and gauge candidate interest Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with our HR Business Partner Send follow-up messages via WhatsApp and email, and keep our simple Excel/CRM trackers up to date

What We're Looking For

Fluent spoken and written English

--you're confident and clear on the phone Strong phone presence: you can engage cold leads and build rapport quickly Highly organized, self-disciplined, and driven by measurable results Basic understanding of recruitment flows is a plus, but not mandatory
