We are looking to hire an exceptional HR and Recruitment officer for one of our clients in Al Ain. Preferably an Arab Female who should have rich experience in UAE Labour Law, Payroll, Policy making and implementation, and should have UAE Drivers License.

Roles and Responsibilities
GENERAL HR RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll process and administration
HR Policies and procedures formation and implementation
Ensuring the organisation works and adheres to the UAE labour Law
keeping herself up to date with changes in UAE labour laws
Devising Company handbook
Devising Induction packs for new joiners
Devising roles and responsibilities for company employees
Report writing
Grievance policy and management
Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
Decision maker
Take initiatives
take ownership of the tasks
should have can do attitude when given more responsibilities and should provide solutions when any problem, issue occurs
Recruitment Responsibilities
Devising s for multiple job openings
Advertising job openings
Screening, Shortlisting, selecting CVs for multiple job openings
Conducting initial interviews and preparing for final interviews with hiring manager
Offer letter generation for selected candidates
Onboarding, welcoming, and inducting new joiners
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration
UAE Driver License
Extensive knowledge of UAE Labour Law
Arabic & English Language proficiency
Recruitment Experience
Preferably Unmarried
Adobe Illustrator and 3d Max software would be an advantage
