Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, databases & referrals Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Follow up with candidates and close positions on time Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
Requirements:
Tagalog speaker is mandatory
Previous experience as a Recruiter / HR Recruiter Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to handle bulk and fast-paced hiring Familiar with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) UAE recruitment experience is an advantageImmediate joiners preferred
