Own a niche hiring category (e.g., Oil & Gas, Marine, I&C, Electrical, HVAC, IT, Finance). You'll source and qualify candidates through ads and outreach, build a clean CV pipeline, and sell our platform subscriptions and CV packs to companies.
Key responsibilities
Source & attract: Run ads/outreach (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, groups) to build targeted talent pools.
Verify & clean CVs: Check accuracy, dates, gaps, contact, visa/status, location, availability, rate.
Tag & organize: Classify each profile by Industry Category, Job Title, Employment Level.
Assess candidates: Score Expertise, Productivity, HSE Knowledge, Behavior; conduct Technical, Personality, and Management/Aptitude tests; grade and pipeline (Ready-to-Hire / Review / Rework).
Upload profiles: Publish employer-ready profiles with attachments, scores, grade, and summary.
Sell & grow revenue: Pitch subscriptions, job posts, and CV packs; book demos; close deals.
Report & improve: Maintain CRM/ATS hygiene, weekly dashboards, and category market insights.
Requirements
1-3 years in recruitment or B2B sales (platform/agency experience preferred).
Confident communicator and closer (calls, WhatsApp, email); strong ad copy basics.
Hands-on with ATS/CRM, spreadsheets, and high-volume sourcing.
English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog a plus. UAE market familiarity preferred.
KPIs
Qualified CVs uploaded/week & % passing QC first time.
Time-to-upload (first contact ? Ready-to-Hire).
Client demos booked, conversion to paid, subscription/CV pack revenue.
Employer acceptance rate of submitted candidates.
Compensation
Base salary + tiered commissions (subscriptions, CV packs, placements) + monthly bonuses on targets.
