Join Our Team as a Recruiter/Resource Manager! CASE Management Consulting is looking for a skilled and experienced full-time Recruiter/Resource Manager. The recruiter will work remotely as part of our corporate office and will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment and drive our Employer Branding and Talent Acquisitions activities. In this role, you will be contributing to our future success by the prompt delivery of talent to the business by leading and delivering an ongoing end-to-end recruitment process. Together with our corporate leadership, program managers and task order leads you will be part of a virtual team and will report directly to our CEO. In this role, you will: Deliver full life-cycle recruitment to CASE leaders and help us fill contract, pipeline and internal positions including: Leverage firm and other resources to identify candidates and conduct outreach with potential employees. Identify and attract top-notch candidates for various openings. Conduct consultative intake calls, provide weekly status reports, assess risks/challenges, and drive solution-oriented results. Demonstrate and communicate benefits of a career at CASE to prospective employees and job candidates. Assist in scheduling seamless interviews, and assessments, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring teams. Take the lead in coordinating and executing pre-employment checks, such as public records searches, background screenings and reference checks. Complete salary negotiations based on parameters set by the firm, engaging leadership for exceptions as necessary. Record all enterprise Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information. Build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, partner with Leadership, Prime contractors, company Task Order and Site Leads to understand business priorities, future resource needs and build a recruiting pipeline. Participate in bi-weekly team calls, ensuring understanding of firm activities, and developing relationships across the firm. Provide strategic guidance based on gathered market and applicant engagement information to recommend enhancements to firm programs to increase attractiveness to current and potential employees. Develop market intelligence and gather recruiting best practices and share information with firm leadership on opportunities to enhance our recruiting program and overall effectiveness. Collaborate with firm task order leads and program managers to understand and predict staffing needs and build effective strategies to meet goals. Provide regular written updates and reports on sourcing, interviewing and placement activity and review activity and reports with firm leaders. Leverage external market data, vendors, sourcing channels and the latest technology available to quickly build and maintain external talent pipelines and launch required assessments for candidates and leverage results for screening selection. Serve as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices, assisting supervisors, HR staff, and other stakeholders. Work in a performance/metric driven environment where quality/quantity of hires, hiring manager/candidate experience, time to fill, diverse slates and requisition load are measured. Candidate Requirements: Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred. Experience: Proven experience in a Recruiting role. Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Tech Savvy: Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Greenhouse ATS experience is a plus. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Ability to develop trust based relationships. Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attitude: A proactive and positive attitude, passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Flexibility: Travel requirement - ability to support job fairs and hiring events to identify and engage candidates

NOTE: Hires will complete an initial 90-day probationary period and review. This review will evaluate overall effectiveness including hires made, ability to execute end-to-end process, qualified candidates sourced per position, ability to recruit within firm salary parameters, attention to detail, reporting quality and cultural fit.
