Job Description

Recruiter Job Location : United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently follow recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support the HR Manager and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of HR recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline by leveraging various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and prepare regular reports on hiring metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote Leams Education as an employer of choice through branding initiatives and effective communication with candidates.
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on delivering results.
