Responsibilities
As a Recruiter for SAS Human Capital you will -
\xc2\xb7 Understand customer needs and drivers in discipline(s) in order to develop strong client and candidate
relationships
\xc2\xb7 Proactively generate suitable candidates or client assignments
\xc2\xb7 Build relationships internally and externally in order to accomplish personal and team goals
\xc2\xb7 Have the ability to create strategic solutions related to candidate sourcing
\xc2\xb7 Be forward thinking and able to adapt to change quickly and logically
\xc2\xb7 Assist Team Managers, BDM\'s, and Recruitment Operations
\xc2\xb7 Work to tight deadlines
\xc2\xb7 Lead manage and develop proactive candidate relationships
