We are seeking an energetic and results-driven
Recruiter
to join our team, responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualifiedcar drivers and bike riders
for delivery operations across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-organized, and experienced in high-volume hiring for delivery and logistics roles.Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract qualified candidates through online portals, social media, referrals, and field recruitment. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' suitability. Coordinate with operations and HR teams for documentation and onboarding. Maintain a database of active and potential candidates. Achieve monthly hiring targets and ensure timely placement of drivers and riders. Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and assist new hires through joining formalities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in delivery or logistics sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with job posting platforms. Fluency in English, Hindi, or Arabic is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
