Role:
- Handle end to end recruitment process
- Source candidates using job portals
- Screen multiple CVs extensively and shortlist the best suitable candidate as per the provided JD
- Close challenging positions independently
- Close mid to executive level positions in a limited period of time
- Negotiate with the candidates for the offer process
- Present the company well
- Expertise in using LinkedIn and Indeed job portals is a must
- Good communication skills
- Polite and soft spoken
- Patience
- Negotiation skills
- A go getter
- Ability to solve problems
