Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Conduct interviews in Russian and English to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and social media to attract top talent.
Prepare and present shortlists of qualified candidates to clients or management.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate databases.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house).
Fluent in
Russian
and
English
(spoken and written).
Experience hiring for roles across various departments (e.g., technical, administrative, or customer-facing).
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards and Boolean search.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
