Source, identify, and attract top talent using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) Coordinate with hiring managers and owners for all recruitment requirements Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding Conduct interviews via phone and in-person interviews for the initial stage of recruitment. Ensure to fill positions as needed.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Human Resources or Psychology With 2 years proven experience in recruitment and sourcing Must be well versed in recruiting industries in sales, marketing, huma resource, accountancy, warehouse staff, admin positions, and logistics. Strong verbal and written skills Computer skills Immediate joiner is preferred
