Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter (recruitment agency).
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
