WE ARE HIRING Position of RECRUITER (Head Hunter) Vital Zone Delivery Team is currently looking for a candidate with full-cycle recruiting experience\xe2\x80\x94from sourcing and attracting applicants to interviewing, hiring, and managing the onboarding of new employees! Manage the entire process of hiring bike riders, including but not limited to:
- Performing recruitment advertising, screening, and interviewing
- Managing onboarding and new hire process
- Maintaining riders\xe2\x80\x99 record regularly
- Automating and continuously enhancing the hiring process
- Examine the documents that riders have submitted and adhere to all applicable legal requirements
- Following up case by case and until the employed person starts his duty.
- Must have at least one year of delivery service experience in recruiting, or a related field
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be tech and media savvy (mktg skills)
- Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team
