Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Post job advertisements on Indeed and other recruitment platforms
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews (phone/online/in-person)
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support HR team with recruitment reports and documentation
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Recruiter
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed and social media hiring
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
