Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for interior fit out, design, and construction roles (project managers, engineers, QS, designers, site staff, etc.).
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and networking within the industry.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and project-specific requirements.
Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and recruitment activity using ATS/CRM systems.
Ensure timely communication with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Stay updated with interior fit out industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.
