Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial outreach to final selection.
Client Coordination & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client hiring needs, workforce plans, and role specifications.
Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and maintain strong professional relationships.
Position Closure & Offer Management
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Facilitate feedback exchange and ensure timely decision-making.
Support offer negotiation, acceptance, and closure of open positions with clients.
Onboarding Support
Assist clients and candidates during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
Coordinate documentation, joining formalities, and follow-up after placement.
Address any onboarding-related queries or issues promptly.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, pipelines, and client interactions.
Prepare periodic reports on hiring progress and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant employment regulations.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Contribute to process improvements, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition.
