About the Role
Following our rapid growth and expansion into new markets, we're seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team in Dubai. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment across our Commercial and Business functions, delivering a great candidate experience while connecting us with the talent that will help us scale.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment; from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and align on recruitment strategies
Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent pools
Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and assess candidate fit for both role and culture
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (BambooHR)
Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and Head of HR
Contribute to employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives
Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
Requirements
4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in UAE, KSA, or German markets (good understanding of local market trends and hiring practices is ideal)
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
Proficiency in recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
Knowledge of sourcing techniques to identify top talent
Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate applications and communication
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities with minimal supervision
Proactive, results-oriented, and team-minded approach
Nice-to-have
Bi-lingual or Multilingual (German language skills is highly advantageous)
Startup/scale-up hiring experience, preferably in an international environment
Bonus points if you have experience hiring roles within the business travel sector (specifically in Sales), with a network of candidates in this industry
